Wendy Boucher is an award-winning collage artist currently living in Florida.  After a brief detour in law, Boucher has spent the last 20 years perfecting her painting-with-paper approach to collage. The pandemic found Boucher specializing in smaller works that are easy to ship all around the world, including the U.K., France, Switzerland, and New Zealand, where she has repeat clients.
