The American painter and graphic artist James Rizzi was one of the most successful artists of Pop Art and 3D Pop Art throughout his life. After self-taught beginnings, Rizzi studied art at the University of Florida in Gainesville from 1969 to 1974, where he developed the idea for 3D graphics that would henceforth become his trademark.
