What led to Henry taking up painting?

Henry only took up painting in 2020 and is entirely self-taught. He says: “I have found painting to be truly therapeutic. It's an escape from the stress and pace of life. It draws you in and so excludes everything else, whilst at the same time helping you to re-establish balance and placing you comfortably in yourself and environment.. Painting is a steadying and calming influence on my life, and, most importantly, I enjoy it.”
