I experiments with complex textures–created through layering various mediums–to encourage curiosity in the viewer about what lies beneath.

French winemaker Derek EGAN kindly offered to use images of my paintings on the labels of his fine wine. In the photo I am, painting "Main detail of the landscape" and wine "St Emilion Grand cru".
