My name is Theo Lamers and I live in the Brabant town of Heeze, near Eindhoven.
I have drawn a lot throughout my life, and later in life, I discovered painting.
In 2015, I visited the studio of Martine van Noort and was very inspired by the artworks that were hanging there and by the techniques she was experimenting with at that time.
I took my first painting course there and then stayed in this cozy studio.
I think it’s wonderful to give my portraits a special sparkle in the eyes.
That’s why my collection is named "art of eyes".
