During corona, I started painting for focus and fulfillment. I have always been very creative and have also given creative workshops for years and worked as a DTP'er. I first started with workshops, then many online courses, and this year I attended several intensive workshops with well-known international artists. I have discovered that I need to create and I regularly dream about colors or techniques.

I live in Amsterdam and love to go out with my watercolor supplies. The city has so much energy and is very inspiring. I try to choose my materials as environmentally friendly as possible. I love experimenting and have had several group exhibitions this year.

In April 2023, I founded an online collective for beginner watercolor artists. I love connecting.
