Wheel of time
In the center of the artwork stands a figure that holds both the beginning and the end. This figure has five arms, each representing a different time period. In the middle of the spinning wheel is an all-seeing eye – the only thing that can perceive both the beginning and the end.
The figure hovers in a toxic atmosphere at the edge of a sea of blood. The surroundings symbolize the concept of Araf, the transition between the first and the next life. In the hands of the figure are carefully placed symbols that represent wisdom, strength, preparation for the afterlife, rebirth, and intelligence – the essential elements that accompany a person throughout their life.
The wheel of time begins to turn and inevitably leads to the end. The message of the artwork is that life is a gift and that people must live it properly, despite loss and setbacks. Those who do not understand this will become entangled in the gears of the wheel and fall prey to endless chaos.
The artist's message is clear: humanity must awaken, unite, and before the absolute end approaches, save the world in which they are merely guests.
