Menno's inspiratie zijn vooral de mensen die hij ontmoet, de beelden die hij ziet en de emoties die hij voelt tijdens het reizen.

Een paar dagen ronddwalen op Schiermonnikoog en  een prachtige reis door Nieuw Zeeland vormen de inspiratie voor dit schilderij. Het was een zorgeloze tijd, net voor corona.

Menno's inspiration are mainly the people he meets, the images he sees and the emotions he feels while travelling.

A few days wondering around on Schiermonnikoog (a beautiful island in the Netherlands) and a perfect journey through New Zealand were the inspiration for this painting. It was a carefree time, just before covid.
