Menno was born in Dordrecht and lived there till his twenties. His art started with photography and his love for travel. Menno Vos had his travel photography published in several Dutch magazines. He still loves photography, but now he is mainly an abstract painter. His inspiration is the people he meets, the images he sees and the emotions that he feels while travelling. Menno's work is the result of his desire to understand people. It is full of color, depth and sometimes a bit mysterious. He had expositions in New York, Las Vegas, Hamburg, Madrid, Turin, Rome, Vienna, Lisbon and several hotels in Europe and Asia. His works were published in art magazines and -books.

Menno lives in Apeldoorn, where you can find his studio in art gallery ArtFra (Stationsstraat 28).
