The meaning that I tried to convey in this painting is about a person’s search for happiness, joy, and harmony in life. It is not often that a modern person is alone with themselves, not often do they listen to their heart, not feeling the true desires of their body and psyche. We all run after the flow of people who seem to know the secret of success and luck.

But if any of us manages to go on an eco-friendly meditative vacation, connecting with the world of nature, then after a few days this person becomes different - their eyes radiate peace, their face shines with a special light, their voice becomes soft and melodic. A person is cleansed from the external shell of forced existence and turns into a source of Happiness for themselves and their loved ones.

The painting is done in oil paints in 4 layers, each shade shining through the other, creating a glowing effect.

On the canvas, the very bottom layer is a special artistic textured paste. Thus, I created the effect of the wall of an old house, which adds a sense of immersion into the 1960s of the 20th century.

The sides of the painting are painted in a dark color, so there is no need to frame the painting.

It is made on high-quality canvas 100% linen, with a canvas density of 400 g/meter, stretched on a quality wooden stretcher. The best Russian oil paints produced in Russia, city of St. Petersburg, were used.
