Barn Owl Mama

For several seasons I observed several barn owl nests online. I took screen shots of  the these barn owls, and  made drawings, then painted referring to my photos. The mothering of these creatures is wonderful to watch! Here Bam Owl Mama has one owlet which is cuddled behind her in her wings, and she turns completely around to tend to him. This painting is on heavy handmade Twinrocker watercolor paper with a deckled edge, but is not presently framed. It is very attractive to frame it floated on top of an archival mat with the edge showing. I will include the packing, shipping and tax in the sale price. #owls  #owlart
