About Ketlin van esschoten
As a visual artist with an architectural background, I am primarily looking for the connection between different materials that merge into an abstract composition. Flat or spatial, they enter into a relationship with each other. This is an intuitive process without a preconceived plan. The work forms itself through research and experimentation, where over time a question arises with a resulting vision. The goal: to make the invisible visible. The image that emerges is like a language of forms of the soul. A new challenge for me is to experiment with sculptures and installations to pull the whole more into the spatial realm, which is now taking on a fixed form. As a visual artist, you can come to me for a unique artwork, art education, and artistic coaching. Of course, my brain is also available for hire to think along in creative projects.
Besides my art, I would like to work as an experiential expert in mental health care. I am already busy with the courses, but I would like to do the learning work trajectory and gain more depth in my life.
Her work is shown at various exhibitions in the Netherlands, including recently: Kunstmoment Diepenheim, Eigentijds intertwined with MIJ, Museum IJsselstein. There are regularly workshops and courses to inspire others. Since March 2015, she has been a member of the art café in IJsselstein.
