I was born and raised in a small village close to Weert, the Netherlands. At a young age, I was already interested in drawing and painting. During High School, I started mixing my interest in dreams, history, sociology, philosophy and art. I realised that I could show other people how I thought through the use of art. I still live in this little village after my studies (history), while I travel around Europe whenever I can. I work for the Limburgs Museum in Venlo as a curator. Doing research on celebrations. The time I have off, I spend painting. My first exhibition was in 2022, which included the paintings and photos I made during my studies. These are the paintings that I display on this website. They show my struggle with social media, European/Dutch/Limburgish identity, sexuality and my journey to peace and wholeness.
