My name is Julia Vetlugina. I was born in the city of Apatity, Murmansk region.

I graduated from the school of wood painting, and the institute – education designer. I participated in the international competition Golden time TALENT in Berlin – I presented works, a thematic matryoshka, a box, and a matryoshka. I took 1st place and 2 second places. In March, I participated in the international competition Golden time TALENT in Britain, taking 1st and 2nd places.

I am part of the Producer's catalog of the top best artists in the world.

I have added to my list of awards, 1st place in the Grant final Art 2-1st competition.

Participation in one of the prestigious international competitions for artists in Luxembourg. I participated in 2025 in the International festival-competition Christmas Stars. I became a prizewinner of the competition. In 2025, I joined the guild of artists of the Eurasian Art Union.

My works are in a private collection in Moscow, Russian Bogatyrs, by Natalia Sokirkina.

I developed a pattern for national clothing in the city of St. Petersburg in the style of Mezen painting.
