Born and raised in Brussels, Belgium. I am an autodidact but I have followed courses in drawing at the St-Lucas academy in Brussels. I have always made art without feeling the need for going public. I had several shows with other artists, among others in Bruges and Grimbergen near Brussels. These shows have been well received and I sold most of my work.

I am passionate about color and I have a long list of admired artists on Pinterest (huberttytgat). The Fauvists, Bonnard and Derain are favorites.

Recently I experimented with acrylic markers.
