Linden Flowers

Oh the smell of the linden trees is a spell that even the gods cant resist said he while sitting on a bench under a linden tree near the sea. It was 3 in the morning but who gives a damn he said while falling into a state of beatitude and sweet melancholy. I have no idea how a tree can make one feel such emotions only by the virtue of a smell. I think that place before me, the one that I miss; the Lost Paradise smelled of linden trees, said he while lighting a cigarette, alone on a bench under a linden tree, by the sea.
