About Anneke Ingelse

Anneke Ingelse was born in Schiedam and raised in Schiedam and Rotterdam.                                                                                       Currently, she lives in Gouda, where she also has her studio.

Education and Distinction:

Anneke Ingelse studied at the Free Academy of Fine Arts in The Hague and then at the IKO Academy of Fine Arts in Belgium, where she graduated cum laude with a laureate for painting.   Because of this laureate, she was allowed to exhibit her graduation work for 3 months at the Stedelijk Museum in Hoogstraten (B).

Commissions:

On commission from the music publisher "European Music Centre", Anneke Ingelse designed the covers of the widely used 6-part organ method "Organo Pleno"  in 2006 and in 2011 the covers of the 3-part parallel method "Organo Pleno+.

In  2009 she designed the cover of the publication: "Lieder ohne Worte" by Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy for the music publisher "Boeijenga Music Publications.

In 2010, she created 3 watercolors and an acrylic painting "Notes" on the theme of: "Lieder ohne Worte" by Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy on commission from the "Naoberfoundation".

In 2019, she designed  the cover for a 15-part Psalms project for the music publisher  "Spiritoso".

In 2021, she designed the cover of  the "Mitterreither Sonatine" by Christiaan Ingelse on commission from the music publisher "Boeijenga Music Publications".

In 2021, Anneke Ingelse designed the cover of the double  CD "Die Kunst der Fuge" by Johann Sebastian Bach for producer "Diamond Line".
