Setting up a workshop

Workshops and classes on your own site, with signups handled for you.

What it costs

Workshops is an add-on: €4,99 per month on top of a Plus or Premium plan. It is billed through the payment method you already use and you can cancel at any time. Cancel it and your workshops are hidden rather than deleted — turn it back on and they are all still there.

Setting one up

1. Open Workshops and click + New workshop.
2. Title — say who it is for. *Plein-air painting for beginners* fills up faster than *Painting workshop*.
3. Description — what will participants learn and make, and what should they bring.
4. Location — a studio, an address, or online.
5. Price p.p. and Capacity.
6. Type — a one-time workshop, or a recurring class.
7. Dates & times — add as many as you need.
8. Add a Payment link if you want people to pay when they sign up. Without one you arrange payment yourself.
9. A Photo is optional and is shown above the workshop on your site.
10. Tick Visible on my website and save.

Signups

Every signup lands under the workshop with a status: New, Confirmed, Waitlist or Cancelled. Confirm someone and they know they have a place.

Set the capacity honestly. A waitlist that fills up is a good sign for the next round; a workshop where twelve people show up for eight seats is not.
