Oxana Lazari is a young psychedelic artist who specializes in dot art. She was born in the small town of Glodeni, in northern Moldova, and graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at the Moldavian State University. A self-taught artist, Oxana began her career in 2018 as a hobby, and today she is a professional artist. Her works are held in private collections worldwide, including Australia, America, New Zealand, Italy, Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Poland, and Canada.

The primary themes of Oxana's work include the underwater world, space, and flora and fauna, often blending these elements together. For instance, a single canvas might feature an astronaut, a spaceship, along with fish and corals.
