About the artist and her work

Trained in Russia as a visual artist, Lara successfully continues practicing the modern art of painting and drawing after settling in Holland. Her visual representations of still life, landscapes, panoramas and figurative paintings are created with a view to arouse observer’s emotion.

Sensitive representation of colors, creativity and diversity are the guidelines of her artistic performance.She paints from nature, personal inspiration and experience striving for diversity in the choice of het subjects in the sphere of figurative magic realism.

Using the brush en her senses in a direct and natural manner, she wishes to take observers along the world of dreams and hope letting them to interpret each painting in their own imaginative way.

Lara exhibits and sells her work in-  and outside Europe.
