Helpers

Those of you who have pets know exactly what I'm talking about. Animals just love being helpful. They try their best to get their owner to notice and praise them. They are a lot like children in that. They are your children in the figurative sense. Only they never grow, though they grow old.
And when you come home late at night, they are always waiting for you. And tiredness and tension give way to peace and positivity. Those eyes don't lie. They were genuinely waiting for you. They are madly devoted to you. You are their god, their father and their friend.
Don't deceive them, don't neglect them, take care of them.
And in return, you will receive as much sincere love as you are able to endure.
