Studio Nucleo
Nucleois een collectief van kunstenaars en designers, onder leiding van Piergiorgio Robino, gevestigd in Turijn, Italië. Het collectief is actief in de velden van hedendaagse kunst, design en architectuur. Door de jaren heen is Nucleo's design wereldwijd tentoongesteld. In de serie 'Souvenirs of the Last Century' wordt gebruik gemaakt van hars om decor objecten te maken van oude, rustieke meubels. In de serie 'Fossils' transformeren de kunstenaars van Nucleo ruw gehouwen stukken van 200-jaar oude Italiaanse eiken in kunstwerken, die eruit zien als gepolijste stenen en fossielen.
