Ocean eyes

"Ocean eyes" watercolor on 11'' x 15'' paper.
I painted this and later Victoria wrote a poem inspired by it. Here is the poem:
Ocean eyes

Even from a distance,
I can see, how easy
it would be, to become bamboozled,
by your beguiling
ocean eyes.

Others are ensorcelled
by your ethereal beauty,
but a dangerous
darkness lurks, behind
your steely stare.

They see an Adonis
made flesh, but I can
recognize,
a devil in disguise.
