Lena Snow was born in Schwetzingen, Germany, in 1989 and began creating art at age thirteen. Her early work included a flower collection developed for print before she moved into abstract art.
Snow studied at the University of Mannheim from 2011 to 2017 and completed her second state examination in 2019, qualifying as a high school teacher. Her work evolved to incorporate diverse materials including plastic foil, everyday objects, metal, and wood. Beginning in 2020, she developed her goddess series.
Since 2018, Snow's work has been exhibited internationally, including shows in Vienna, Zurich, Milan, London, and Genoa. She has been represented by Hansford and Sons in London since May 2020 and by Artifact gallery in New York. Her work has been featured in Artist Talk Magazine and Art Hole Magazine, and she was selected as one of fifty most investable artists in 2021 by the Contemporary Art Book of Excellence. Snow is a member of Women and their Work in Texas and is part of the "Where are the Women Artists" directory.
