Betty J. Mulder has been creating art from her studio in Velp, Netherlands, since 1986, drawing inspiration from both the physical world and the spiritual realm. Born in the Netherlands in 1966, she has built a practice that spans two countries—her work has been shown in galleries across Holland, from Amsterdam to Maastricht, as well as in Germany, where she maintains a deep connection to Oberammergau. As both an artist and astrologer, Mulder brings a distinctive perspective to her work, using color and shape to express something larger: the relationship between a person and the universe. Her paintings invite viewers into a conversation between the earthly and the cosmic.
