About Anneke Ingelse
Gouda, Netherlands
Anneke Ingelse was born in Schiedam and grew up in Schiedam and Rotterdam. She now lives and works in Gouda.
She studied at the Free Academy for Fine Arts in The Hague and then at the IKO Academy for Fine Arts in Belgium, where she graduated cum laude with a laureate for painting. Her graduation work was exhibited for three months at the Stedelijk Museum in Hoogstraten.
Ingelse has exhibited widely across the Netherlands and internationally, including at Art Eindhoven, the ADAF Art Fair in Amsterdam (2018, 2019, 2020), MicksArt Gallery in Emmen, and International Gallery Marziart in Hamburg. In the Netherlands, her work has been shown in churches and galleries in Gouda, The Hague, Rotterdam, and Boskoop.
She has completed numerous commissions for music publishers, designing covers for the six-part organ method "Organo Pleno" (2006) and the three-part method "Organo Pleno+" (2011) for European Music Centre, as well as covers for publications by Boeijenga Music Publications and other music publishers. In 2010, she created watercolors and an acrylic painting titled "Notes" based on Mendelssohn's "Lieder ohne Worte" for the Naoberfoundation.
