Mimi Revencu
Mimi Revencu grew up in Piatra Neamț, Romania, where she still creates today. After studying economics at Al.I.Cuza University in Iasi, she chose painting instead, letting instinct guide her work. Her paintings spring from personal stories and ordinary experiences, filtered through an inner language shaped by Eastern European mystery, fairy tales, and traditional patterns. Working with dense forests, blooming vegetation, and layered landscapes, Revencu searches for sincerity and the raw joy that comes naturally to us as children. Her art radiates warmth and good energy, inviting viewers into worlds that feel both deeply personal and universally familiar.
