Dolgor Seine-Dugarova: From Pain to Creation

Dolgor Seine-Dugarova came to painting during the hardest years of her life. After losing her son, parents, and husband, she searched for a way to move through the pain and discovered that creating art was her answer. Working across acrylics, oils, and egg tempera, she builds compositions with geometric precision—triangles, squares, and spheres—alongside studies of flowers, landscapes, and people that range from photorealistic to purely abstract. Her work moves between the cosmic and the intimate, the ordered and the lyrical. Finding strength through her own creative process, Seine-Dugarova now teaches others to paint, sharing the same path that helped her heal.
