Adelheid Zwollo's Colorful Journeys
Adelheid Zwollo trained as a flutist before turning to visual art at the Rietveld Academy, and that musical background still shapes how she sees the world. Working from her Amsterdam studio, she's spent years exploring the mountains, villages, and coastlines of France and Spain, letting the landscape speak to her in shape, color, and movement. For Zwollo, atmosphere is color and mood is sound—each painting tells a story drawn from what she's witnessed in those quiet, ancient places. Her canvases are available through Gallery Sous Terre, at her website, and directly from her Amsterdam home.
