Art Düsseldorf 2027 opens April 9–11 — Art Düsseldorf
Art Düsseldorf 2027 takes place April 9–11 at the Böhler site in Düsseldorf, bringing together collectors, artists, gallery owners and visitors each spring.
Three curatorial themes frame the 2027 edition. "The Power of Words" focuses on artistic works engaging language, writing, text, voice and AI-generated speech, examining how language shapes perception and reveals power structures. "Material Revisited" explores how artists work with natural, recycled and innovative materials, combining traditional techniques with contemporary ecological questions. "Roots & Identities" presents works bridging past and present, addressing identity, heritage and belonging across generations in our globally networked world.
Galleries can apply from September 1 to October 28, 2026 through the application portal.
