Paper Positions Berlin will take place from 29 April to 2 May 2027 at the main hall of Berlin-Tempelhof Airport, marking a significant milestone for the fair. The move reflects the fair's growing relevance within the art landscape and allows for more intense engagement with paper as an artistic medium.
The fair features 70 international galleries showcasing a wide spectrum of high-quality works from contemporary and modern art, as well as works from the 19th century. Within the German-speaking region, Paper Positions Berlin is the only art fair offering this focused approach to drawing and paper as material.
Instead of traditional booths, the fair embraces a curated art salon concept with an open structure. The new venue will be held in parallel with Gallery Weekend Berlin, further establishing it as a staple of the Berlin spring art season.
