Stedelijk Museum Alkmaar joins PAN as Museum in the Spotlight — PAN Amsterdam
At the invitation of PAN Amsterdam, Stedelijk Museum Alkmaar will present a stand at the fair as part of the Museum in the Spotlight initiative. This offers visitors an opportunity to become acquainted with the museum's collection.
One of the oldest museums in the Netherlands, Stedelijk Museum Alkmaar plays a connecting role between art, history, and society. The collection features remarkable works from the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, as well as leading examples of early twentieth-century modern art.
Museum Director Marrigje Rikken expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration: "We are delighted that PAN Amsterdam has invited us to showcase the museum and our highlights to a large and engaged art audience. It is a wonderful opportunity to introduce new visitors to the richness and diversity of our collection."
