Built for Joop van Caldenborgh's collection, with a roof of 115,000 glass slats that gives every gallery pure north light. Home to Leandro Erlich's Swimming Pool, which you can walk under, and Richard Serra's Open Ended. The surrounding estate and sculpture garden are part of the visit.

For its tenth anniversary Voorlinden rebuilds the entire museum for one show: contemporary icons from its own collection meet twentieth-century masterpieces, tracing how ideas travel through time and are reinvented.
