This is a state of uncertainty. This can happen anytime. You don't need to do anything for this. It happens by itself. When you are suddenly lost and do not understand how this could have happened. It is anxiety, confusion and shame. Or just depression. You need to pull yourself together, shake yourself up. But you don't understand how to do it. It would be nice to put things in order or change the bed. And you will certainly do it. But not now. Better later, tomorrow.
