Awarded in the Siena International Photo Awards and Tokyo International Foto Awards. A minimalist image that reflects the new direction of my photography. I have been living in Zeeland for two years now and my new environment with vistas and lots of water influences my photography. This image was made along the Oosterschelde where clouds, water and a few branches, used for fishing, are characteristic of the landscape. The photo was made with a long exposure of several minutes. --
