A sad and profound artwork full of history and stories of people who gave their lives for what they believed was correct, or even if they didn't... "A gloomy day back in the 40's" seeks to remember the people behind the events. With this artwork I want to thank the peaceful times that we live in, at least in comparison to those who lived those gloomy days. Sublimated on canvas; full of color, texture and details.
