This unique, handmade artwork Livia is a 25x scaled-down version of the large, monumental outdoor sculpture along Nettelhorsterweg (N825). The sculpture is inspired by 7-year-old Livia, who symbolizes all the schoolchildren from the nearby Dalton Primary School Nettelhorst. Her striking pose in a class photo was the direct reason for this design. With her hands in the air, Livia asks passersby for attention to the vulnerability of cyclists and a safe crossing on the busy road. Executed as a graphic sculpture in steel.
