Rainbow Warrior #6

Painting of the Egyptian activist Sara Hegazy who committed suicide in 2020 after suffering from PTSD as a result of imprisonment and torture in Egypt. This painting is one of a series of 6 portraits in memory of brave people who have fought for LGBTI rights, each in their own way. This series is still in development. 2 of the 6 paintings (in the different rainbow colors) are not yet finished. Half of the proceeds will be donated to ILGA. The ILGA (International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association) is an international organization that advocates for equal rights of lesbian women, gay men, bisexuals, transgender people, and people with intersex conditions; and against homophobia and transphobia.
