Between Depth and Horizon” In this canvas, the human face emerges like the horizon of existence — born of color, fracture, and motion. The depth of the gaze is an ocean full of questions, where restless red fish ceaselessly whirl in search of their own meaning — captive still to the very glass bowl that resides within. At the same time, the gaze lifts to birds soaring in the sky of thought — birds as metaphors for philosophers, those who dare to fly beyond doubt and suffering. Here, between the dark depths and the bright horizon, one comes to understand: Freedom lies neither in sinking endlessly into the waves, nor in merely mimicking the birds’ flight. Freedom lies where one dares to look inward — where both the waves and the birds are born of the same self. This work whispers to those who stand between two silences — the silence of the sea and the silence of the sky — and watch the world reflected in the mirror of their own being.
