The reclining female torso, a classic subject in art, is reimagined by the artist in this work. The piece is divided into two parts: one is a 3D-printed plastic form, and the other is hand-carved marble. In doing so, the creator juxtaposes mass-produced modern consumer society with classical, intricately crafted masterpieces. These contrasting elements coexist harmoniously in our world, symbolized by the sculpture's two distinct sections. Both parts complement each other, resembling a compromise between the two worlds. The artist used a plaster negative, taken from the model, as a template for the 3D printing process. The sculpture's size is a 1:0.75 reduction of the model, maintaining a sense of proportion and balance in the overall composition.
