I think this is the beginning of the 1920s. At that time people went to the beach clothed and it was considered the norm. It's a funny story. I'm far from judging the mores of this or that era. But I like it better now. Can you feel the heat out there right now? What's it like for them? This painting will be packed in a plywood box and shipped in its entirety for $200.
