This is a triptych. 3 paintings "Here I stand" watercolor on 140 lb paper 11" x 15". The total size is 33'' x 15''. I got inspired to paint this artwork after reading Donna's poem. This is the original painting I used for my book "My sad is sadder than yours". It illustrated this poem : Breakdown i am still standing after things that I have seen feeling better now than I have ever been. i have searched my soul broke free of my past discovering myself at long last. shed fears and anxieties that for so long kept me down now swimming on the current on which I almost drowned. so here I stand tall and proud looking forward to a new tomorrow i have brushed off all doubts and fears and have no more sorrows.
