But this does not mean that we are all incurable and seriously ill. Life today is the sum of daily stress and anxiety. Life presents us with more and more new challenges. We are more and more concerned. And with age, the amount of anxiety only increases. We are chronically tired people. It's not just physical fatigue. This is internal tension. How do you feel?
