"Throw my lifeless heart to the wolves" watercolor on 140 lb paper 11" x 15". I was inspired by a poem I read about an unhappy love story, where she says "throw me to the wolves and let them pick apart my lifeless heart that once belonged to you". I later used this artwork in my book "My sad is sadder than yours". In this watercolor creation, I poured my spirit into capturing a surreal blend of vulnerability and fierce beauty. The fusion of gentle human grace with the untamed essence of a wolf speaks to the duality within us all. It's a dance of color and emotion, meant to invoke introspection and strength.
