This is a point of perfect balance. Existing "between the worlds," the protagonist of this painting does not fully belong to either of them. They are the guardian of equilibrium, transforming the raw energy of one realm into the profound stillness of another. Their closed eyes reveal that they perceive the world through their inner vision. Trusting the protector below, they fly in total relaxation, no matter how much is happening around them.
