We do not now take into account the physiological aspects. It is rather an internal, mental sensation. State of despair. The state of depression. A state of regret and awareness of their own worthlessness. You already understood and accepted everything, but around you constantly this whirlpool of absurdities. You feel big and strong. But this is only your inner feelings. They are not confirmed by anyone. And you are no longer able to distinguish reality from fantasy. And everything seems to be not bad, but in my head there is an impenetrable muddy pink fog. And you understand that this is forever.
