Zhize Lv

Zhize Lv was born in August 1982 in Shenzhen, China. He graduated from the Department of Chinese Painting at the China Academy of Art in 2005 with a bachelor of arts degree, and completed a Master of Fine Arts degree at the Art School of East China Normal University in June 2018.

His work has appeared in publications including China Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper, Shenzhou Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper, and Art Education. In 2016, he participated in national cultural projects including a national publishing fund project and a major project of the National Social Science Fund, and wrote two articles: "The Painting of Cao'an" and "The Small Hidden Painting of Yungang."

In March 2018, his flower and bird paintings "Peach Blossom Still Smiled Spring Breeze" and "Very Spring Scenery" were exhibited in the Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition of Nanhui Peach Blossom Festival at Shanghai King Kong Museum. In April 2018, his Chinese ink landscape paintings "Smoke and Cloud in Jingsi" and "Beautiful Scenery of Mountain Villa" were included in a parallel exhibition of Chinese artists in the Italian Contemporary Art Exhibition in Cross-Cultural Perspective, held in Fenghuang ancient city, Hunan Province.

His work is held in collections at the China Academy of Art, various art institutions, and private collections.
