Vasilenko Ulyana Vladimirovna was born and still live in the city Balashikha, Moscow region, in a family distinguished by teaching traditions. She showed her love for drawing and fine arts from childhood and formed it under the strict guidance of the teachers of the Nazarenko family - Natalia Nikolaevna and Nikolai Vasilyevich in the local "Center for Arts and Crafts".
Then, having received a basic education at the University of Railway Engineering, she graduated from the Moscow Stroganov Academy of Arts, and then from the teacher program at the Moscow Pedagogical University. Visited a summer school in Repin’s Academy of Arts in Sanct-Petersburg. All this time, fine art went hand by hand with applied activities, and then with pedagogical ones. Working at school and art-studio is a good family tradition that occupies all the time and heart of the teacher.
Worked as an art teacher at a public school for 5 years. For the past 6 years, I have been teaching art at a private public school.
Personal creativity is permeated with images of the native city and everyday motifs with elements of magical reality. The techniques are mainly easel, traditional oil-painting and watercolor using all kinds of materials and their combinations. A special place is occupied by sketches created during travels.
Her works have been exhibited at various exhibitions and are in private collections in Russia and neighboring countries.
