Robin Stříbný

Robin Stříbný was born on November 5, 1974, in Klatovy, where he still lives. He showed artistic talent from childhood and attended art school on Plánická Street. He studied under painter Jindřích Bílek.

Stříbný works primarily in painting on canvas while experimenting with new techniques. His work draws inspiration from local history, particularly in his series of portraits of the Virgin Mary of Klatovská, which reflect the Baroque tradition of Klatovy's historic painting workshops. Several of his paintings are held in the collection of the National History Museum Dr. Hostas in Klatovy.
