Michael Mills is an American artist working in oil on canvas in an impressionist realist tonalist style. His work focuses on coastal, ocean, beach, and low country subjects from around the world.
Born in Los Angeles, California, Mills grew up on US Navy bases. He currently lives in Flowery Branch, Georgia and considers Tybee Island, Georgia his second home. In 2022, he was featured as an artist in the new Tybee Art Emporium.
